Have visited several times in the past, booked at the last minute for an impromptu date night. As always the welcome was warm and friendly, the log fire certainly helped take the chill from the night air. The food was superb (highly recommend the bread and butter pudding as a dessert); a very relaxing evening and will be back soon.
