A Wonderful Meal for Partner’s Birthday
We visited the Bustard Inn for my partner’s birthday, and all I can say is… wow! We thoroughly enjoyed every part of our meal, from the friendly staff and efficient service to the delicious food.
The staff were very understanding when we were a little late to our table, and very welcoming of our six month old son.
The meal itself was exquisite – I fancied trying something a bit different for my starter and went for the cauliflower pakora scotch egg, and oh my goodness, I was so glad that I did! The flavours were just perfect. And my partner thoroughly enjoyed his ham hock. We both had Belly Pork for the main course and every part of it was stunning; the meat just fell apart, the potatoes and broccoli were well seasoned and the crackling was amazing! And to finish, we both had the brownie, which was the perfect indulgent treat to finish our meal.
