The Bustard Inn - Gift Voucher Terms and Conditions:

Gift vouchers are available to purchase via our website, to be used as part or full payment against a bill for food or drink.

Please note that our vouchers are for this purpose only and cannot be redeemed through any other means.

We advise booking to avoid disappointment.

Vouchers are available in variable amounts from £10 to £100, and it may be useful to refer to the menus on our website to select an appropriate value.

Each gift voucher features a unique reference number to allow The Bustard Inn to track its redemption.

Purchasers must be aged 18 or over.

Vouchers are valid for 12 months from purchase and are to be redeemed on or before the expiry date.

The Bustard Inn vouchers are non-refundable, cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full and are valid for a single transaction only.

If the spend is lower than the gift voucher value, the difference will not be refunded nor exchanged for cash.

If the spend is higher than the gift voucher value, the difference can be made up with a debit card, credit card or cash payment at the time of dining.

The Bustard Inn accepts no liability for gift vouchers that are lost, stolen, damaged, or used in an unauthorised manner. In such circumstances, gift vouchers will not be refunded.

Where vouchers are dispatched via email, risk will pass to the purchaser when the email is sent, and title will pass upon receipt of full payment.
