If you’ve been keeping a keen eye on our socials or have dined with us recently, then you may have noticed something new in the kitchen!
After a smooth transition period, we are very proud to introduce you to our wonderfully talented new Head Chef, Josh Singleton. He grew up in Cheshire with a passion for cooking thanks to his Grandad, and this was only heightened during his travels abroad. We can’t wait to see how both of these factors influence his menus at The Bustard Inn as he brings his passion for cooking to his new home county of Lincolnshire.
Think you recognise him from somewhere? Well, not only has he worked with some of the best (Ernst van Zyl for example who trained him to a 3 AA Rosette standard) but he was also a contestant, and Quarter-finalist no less, on BBC Professional MasterChef.
Our first new menu launched in July and is going down a treat. We now offer an à la carte dinner menu – which really shows off all that Josh has to offer and where he really goes to town with his creative flair – alongside our Bustard Inn Classics for those wanting something familiar yet still delicious.
Here at The Bustard Inn our aim is simple: to cook amazing food using local, fresh ingredients giving customers an experience that is memorable, exciting and representing the best of Lincolnshire.
