What an amazing Christmas and New Year we just had! We enjoyed hosting many a Christmas party throughout December; welcomed the village, their friends and all our wonderful customers to join in with our annual carol evening (including Santa!); had possibly our best Christmas Day service since Julian and I took over, and saw 2026 in with a good old fashioned community knees up. The highlight for me was the surprise rewritten rendition of ‘Fairytale of New York’ by the village after the carols. It hit me in the feels!
