Wow, what a hot June we have had! We did our very best to keep you all fed and watered (and puppacinoed!) during extreme heat last month and I am particularly proud of my staff who soldiered on regardless – especially the kitchen team working in insane temperatures! We are in for a dip this first week, as I write, but then another burst of crazy temperatures the week after.
