We were excited to host visitors from far away as we welcomed Margaret and Catherine from Brisbane, who were in Lincolnshire for a three week stay to see extended family. I am told they had a lovely Sunday lunch with us and hope to visit again next time they are over. On a slightly sadder note, we said goodbye to our lovely Lucie who has worked in our kitchen for three years since she was 15. Having finished at catering college, she has the opportunity to work in Paul Ainsworth’s kitchen in Padstow. We wish her nothing but the very best for her future and will miss her loads.
